The Justice Department Is Trying to Kick Loss the Fight About Executive Privilege

Politico's Kyle Cheney sent a letter to judge how requesting that she unseals some information about the privilege dispute. On October 25th, the New York Times reporter Charlie Savage also filed a suit to get access to the court's deliberation. He said he was looking for dockets, court opinions, orders, legal briefings, and argument transcripts about the scope of executive privilege invoked by a former president.
