I was working on a book based on an ebook I wrote years ago called recession proof graduate. It's just how to get any job you want, basically. So I moved back to Colorado and was living in a ski town, writing every day. And finally reached the point with the book where I wasn't too embarrassed by it. But still didn't understand why he didn't feel great. Then there was this one night where she read Stuart Brown's play which hit her hard. She realized what she'd been doing wrong: chronically depriving herself of play.
