Robert Foehlen was teaching at Yale when he was there and he So he taught me intro to philosophy. Thomas Naval who's my dissertation advisor? Very different style I'm not sure that it always seemed like fun. He just got you hooked or got me hooked in the enterprise of trying to understand and think through these great thinkers great ideas.
