Early Judaism - Is There a QED?

Edel Fentini raises all kinds of questions about the emergence of Torah. It shows us that we have more work to do in filling out a total picture of early Judaism than only consulting as we need Maya, Haggai, etc. In JBL, just about should we observe a moratorium on the term second temple Judaism? Because that whole outlook is sort of a secularized paraphrase of the Bible itself.
