The Government's Decision to Release Manuel Noriega
He was sentenced to life plus 55 years consecutive for continuing criminal enterprise. He testified against Manuel Noriega in the trial of that man. The government honored their agreement when later to reduce his sentence, and he got out. I think he's in his 70s and he's out and he's living as a free man right now.
