The Importance of Empathy in Flexibility
Flexibility can be things like just allowing your employees to leave earlier come in late when they need to. It could be providing an extended break time or maybe it is teleworking a couple of days a week. There's many ways to be flexible and I think for the most part, people want to be able to know that they can come to an employer and if they need that time, they can get that time.
