I found out this morning literally on the school run one of my mates has lost his sister so suddenly it's really out of the blue no warning it's been a huge shock to them. People don't know what to say to you and even said in the documentary you've had people cross the road to avoid you. You can be so many different emotions in well in one day but even in five minutes I could feel sadness anger happy and be laughing all within the space of five minutes because it's not like life is black and white.
