Streamlined Teams in a Smaller Organization?

Team topologies talks about four different types of team structures that are created. There is a streamline team, which is the main way that work is done and has all these different pieces to it. Then there is a platform team, there is enabling team and then there is a complicated subprocess team. So how do say like a platform to you? In a smaller company, I keep coming back to the smaller size because when you've got lots of people, you've gotLots of different ways that you can create this.
