If you don't get enough sleep, you're going to end up with all kinds of health problems. Sleep experts say that you need seven to nine hours a night. With good sleep, you are even more creative and slimmer. Follow the same bedtime routine every day. We've been told all our life to go to bed but what about this? When we're finally told it makes sense then we're much more likely to consider trying it.
