Aaron Donald might require three people to block him and he might not get anything on the stat sheet but he might be the reason that the quarterback had sat. How do you account for stats like that where it doesn't show up on a stat sheet but it is sort of affecting the play? I mean I think that's the difference between stats we call it we term it hidden production, which is what our front office sees every single game from Aaron Donald.

He became the Rams’ GM in 2012 and over time built a reputation as an executive willing to make insightful draft picks as well as blockbuster trades, including his move to draft future Hall of Famer Aaron Donald in 2014 and to trade for superstars Von Miller and Matthew Stafford on the way to winning the Super Bowl in February.
