The Role of Spoofing in Banking

i didn't actually get to see where they were going with this nothing suspicious it happened but like after they say that i'm like okay yeah like what's the charge and then my phone disconnects right like it's you know again my where i live Oregon is the middle of nowhere so like sometimes connectivity is not great. They've been able now to actually just spoof our our banks and this is my bank is a significant sized institution um they're able to spoof our phone number now and so you can't tell through the caller id. I think kind of the broad obviously each of these individual vectors by which scamming has increased is a worthy story and a separate story in a lot of ways
