Learn and practise the teachings of gotama buddha that will guide you to fully attain a peaceful, calm, rene and content mind with joy. To day is wednesday, where we focus on practising either breathing, mindfulness meditation, loving kindness meditation or buddhist chanting. Last week was first class, so if you attended that, wonderful. We're going to be kind of recapping some of the things that we discussed last week but also chanting together as a group. If you are in facebook or youtube and you would like to come in to zoom, you'll be able to join us for chanting and actually participate in chanting.
