The Housing Market Tracker: Where Is the Bottom?
April is always a very big month for me. After May, total volumes traditionally always fall. We haven't had a traditional purchase application day to year post 2020 at all. So it'll be interesting to see that if rates do go lower in the second half of the year,. If let's say the labor market does get weaker, do we see another? It will be the fourth year of purchase application volumes getting better toward the end of the year and then pushing out the seasonal bottom again in 2024.
