With me, a company that needs to run distributed computing and advanced analytics doesn't have a notion of spark. Getting hold of the data and connecting it and processing it is just utterly universal. Spark sounds like it seems a very similar space to flank. It is in a way. Uh, although flank was built for streaming, right? There's still notions of MapReduce and in memory and so on.
