Ten minutes is the minimum amount of meditation a person should do per day, according to experts. The research shows that's the minimum you need to do to get the ben it so sere,. You know, it doesn't really help people when they're trying to get into it at the very, very beginning, trying to do something shorter just to build the habit. So that that's my complaint with it actually. I've liked ten % for a long time, but i don't like that they force that restriction. And i do like the meditations that they have in there. They are very non spiritual, which maybe sounds kind of weird, but that's what i want from my
