Robots and AI - Is the Technology Not Righty?

Bob Greene: We're pushing more and more technology, two boards, every day interaction with consumers. He says companies are pulling back from bold new initiatives that have really changed the way we live. The last thing anyone on this planet wants to do is any sort of interaction with chatbots, he says. Greene: So I'm curious for your perspective, is the technology not righty or is it something about the innovation process that goes wrong?
