The Culture for Collaborative Creativity

A lot of collaborative and social technology first appears in games. Within a few years professionals will need to use OBS to do exactly that. I think there's studio beta, which is basically like Snapchat like filters for zoom. We see that there's value in bringing people together that trust each other. What cultures would we have or kind of like what cultural shifts should happen?
