Brucie hedlam talks to lindsey buckingham about his first and second albums. He says he left in part because the drug use was so heavy during making of tango in the night album. The band had a bunch of hits that album, ye, it had elements of what i'd learned,. like go in sane and tangle in the night. But then i started thinking about the road, and how the road, in terms of craziness, is usually about times ten what the studio is. And i thought, i don't think i can do this, you know. So i opped it out of the tour, much to everyone's disappointment.
