A lot of the time women are like chasing, like, double cardio classes just to burn the most amount of calories. How do we change that thinking? Cause, i know you said it's not, we shouldn't be going after calarostra,. But i feel like, how do we get that into our brains that it's not really effective? And why, again, is it not effective? So sweaty, being sweaty, there's nothing wrong with that at all. It depends onl what you want out of exercise.
