Once we have all that data, once we have that understanding, then i kind of go into my creative cave,. Sometimes it takes me a year or more if it's a book. Ye. That's awesome. Let's see, your going to start something new, a new product offering. Where do you start? Where's your thinking process start? How does the team get involved in that, and how do you kind of execute on it? So for me, it's usually instinctual.
