The way I understand markets is that if you enter into a market as competition to an incumbent, you lose. If you create a low-end disruption, then you are targeting customers that those businesses don't want. So Honda is not going to compete with you if you develop an electric skateboard because they're selling on the low-end $10,000 cars and you're Selling on the high-end a $2,000 skateboard. Are enterprise businesses that can afford to pay $8.99 a month? Are they the ones that will adopt this new low-end technology that's disrupting the market?
