Sally Kohn: I think we all know the value of the champion. The thing that makes me chuckle is a champion doesn't recognize that they are in that position. There's potentially opportunity around just finding them and then being able to channel their energy, she says. But it does take a lot of effort to set up the champions network,. It's not an easy thing. Yes, it is effort, but I will also say, I think champions already exist. You just need to channel their forces.
