I know that in your workshop, you talked a lot about allyship and kind of the chasm between what white people view themselves as allies at work. And I feel like that's a tricky thing for white people to understand... It's not that an ally should be a savior, right? Black people, people of color don't need saving,. But it's about, again, lending your power.
