The DPC's Decision to Sue the EDBB in the Data Processing Cartel
The court of justice has decided in the book on this cartel on case anyways that Facebook cannot use that and also cannot use legitimate interest which was really interesting. The DPC either they're the craziest people to ever do procedures and are absolutely not knowing what they do or it's a deliberate attempt to really undermine it while at the same time pretending to be busy pretending that you do something. I personally think if if it's a consent and the terminology is a consent then doesn't matter in which document it is it's just why it's nature consent and therefore the rules for consent have to apply.
