Isaac: A New Game

Fluke fluke one ability changes projectile spell into a swarm of maggots. They don't modify stats to an insignificant amount it's always a meaningful change whether it increases the range of your nail. I think I loved a quick slash scrub song steady body, but can't remember exactly why they were so good because it's been a couple years since I played the game.
