FGC9s in Myanmar - What's the Production Line, How Do They Get in the Hands of the Rebels?

FGC9s are made in Myanmar by a range of different people with access to them. They stockpile the filament, which is the stuff that goes into the printer. There's some kind of physical aspect of getting the pen drives and then on Reddit I've seen them. Even recently one of them sent me a picture of an updated design, a better,. it's improved for durability apparently, like an improved FGC9.
