Is Zillow a Mortgage Company?

Zillow has a mortgage company we originate loans. The reason that we are starting to do that is back to this idea of the integrated transaction. We feel like we need to also be able to offer mortgages ourselves. And yeah, as opposed to, you know, staying level headed real estate.
