I think there, you know, the problem is medical, all the solutions are mostly coming up at the right medical intervention. How do we turn that around? And how do we make sure that those 14 or so million people who currently are mostly found in the criminal justice system are to use President Kennedy's original comment about this in 1963 when he said they must no longer be alien to our affections)? That's to me a massive social movement that needs to be undertaken and needs to happen yesterday.
