How Do You Find Female Mentors in Your Career?

The author says she started out writing a book for women, but then realized there aren't enough senior women to mentor young women. When interviewing other women about their success and what had really made the difference for them, i came upon something. Almost all the answers were, you know, not a strategy or a tactic that they used. It was,  a good boss. And so o, bosses should take responsibility.
