Canadian Politics - Is Canada Effected by American Political Trends?

The far right is getting a lot stronger of an influence in alberta and it is spreading into other eastern, eastern provinces. It's all part of the same overarching slide rightward that we've seen in both germany and the U.S. In canada, even though the liberals have won the past few elections, it's still scooting rightward. Is this town haunted by evil or just plain old bad luck? We'll talk about another part of the world on next week's pod casts.
