Ike: I had a patient many years ago who had o c d and adh d. And he would be forty minutes late for a 50 minute session for weeks upon it. He'd been fired before from therapis who said, "Oh, i don't think you want to really work on this" So Ike realized that if we didn't keep an eye on the adh d managemit treated, it will undermine even patients being late for sessions. But most importantly, i didn't want him to feel shamed by it. Whith shame caund be very central thing with a b, h d as well as o, c d.
