Can They Only Rake Interest Rates So Much Before Something Breaks?

I see a lot of people putting real estate on the market and selling it. My perspective is that they can only raise interest rates so much before something breaks. Andt the thing that breaks, as i kind of mentioned earlier, is how all this dollar liquidity needs to get out into the market. I'm looking at do there's so much money that has to find a home at some place. They're not going to hold it in cash, especially with this inflation, forever.
