The Number One Injury That Ice Hockey Players Face

The number one injury that ice hockey players will face is groin injuries or ad doctor injuries. When we squat and we get below 90 degrees, this movement becomes an ad doctor dominant movement. A person can be doing a deadlift, but squatting the weight up and down. That squats probably not accomplishing what it was set out to do in that program. It's no longer an adductor injury prevention program because of the way that that movement's being completed.
