The Benefits of Smiling

There is a lot of hard evidence now in the scientific world to understand that smiling comes with real life benefits. When you smile your brain releases these tiny little molecules called neuropeptides and the neuropeptide help you fight off stress. There are other neurotransmitters like dopamine serotonin and endorphins that also come into play when you smile. Just putting your mouth out in a smiling sort of place actually raises and boosts your mood, the happiness level. And if you're suffering from depression obviously it doesn't change clinical depression but it does send some of the benefits of happy hormones beginning to work on the actual brain patterns in your brain.
