Riley's Execution
Charles Hotman was found guilty of murder in the first degree and his sentence was death. The US Constitution passed the federal kidnapping act also known as the Lindbergh law after this case. One theory is that he's innocent and that the police somehow were like either a not doing their job properly getting evidence or b that they were incompetent. He was executed on April 3rd 1936 at 847.
