Are You Qualified?

A lot of this is like dealing with your own impostor sindrum. There are people that have no qualms about just like blissfully applying to jobs they're in no way qualified for, and sometimes they get it. If if they're hiring for potential, make it clear what that potential is,. You don't have to say, like, i've done all this stuff before, but you can say, here's how things would be different if you hired me. And that's a pretty unique advantage you have as an internal candidate that some one from the outside might not have.
