I think the most important thing is to just find a form of exercise that you actually enjoy. At the end of the day, if you don't enjoy why you're doing and you're forcing yourself to go, you're not going to keep it up for a long time. I i think doing those types of sports an activities is different than getting hench into jim. And you can't just do those sports and expect to get hench. Not going to happen.
