I think the West has had a very simple minded idea of human reason, the human rationality and it's extended not only in philosophy and economics but even into the theory of nuclear and terrorists. Who controls the relations between gods? And then it becomes a struggle over power. It becomes a power struggle. Yeah, because one of seeking cooperation. And also there are no common rules there.
