You don't have to be spiritual to believe in gratitude. Just look at the science. Gratitude, as a practice, has clear physiological benefits. It helps people feel more positive emotions and improve their health. But i'm not just telling you to have faith that this works. There are so many studies that have consistently shown this to be the case.
