What Does the World Need Right Now?
I don't feel safe, i don't feel valued, i on't feel empowered, i don't feeling fulfilled. Unfortunately a lot of you have felt one or even all of those at work at some point. So when you take care of those basic human needs first, we free up our hearts and our minds to focus on the work. It's just the right thing to do. But it isn't just a humanitarian gesture. In my work as a coach, i find the things holding companies back usually aren't really tactical, operational stuff. Usually at the root the problems are human problems.
