The Lagged Effect of Super Allocations

There just hasn't been a lot of actual sales of no. We've finally got one last Friday, an office building in Sydney was sold by DEXUS. So this is the question, is there a bit of a lagged effect and to Tim's point, have we not seen enough transactions that give us a sense of what's actually happening here? I think this is one we're gonna have to watch over the next few months but probably over the next six months.
