Dame's Willingness to Give the Blazers Through the Start of Free Agency

Lillard is not eligible to be traded until July 9th. If the Pelicans or if the Blazers do not make a big move in free agency, whether it's with scoot or sharp or Simon's and a future pick, they do owe a pick to Chicago that really ties up the amount of flexibility they have moving forward in terms of draft stuff.
