Sound Can Be Really Fun and Playful
Sound is the ultimate articulation of, i permanence. These listening meditations can kind of be like a fun game for you to get into the zone. Ands even if you play the same thing again, like your consciousness has shifted since you listened to it the last time. I never thought about sound going into my knee, or going into my hands, or just sort of playing around and exploring with that. That was something i tried to get across with the book as well, like, this can be really playful. This can be really fun.
