I know that you recently finished a certificate program in systems design at Cornell. I was wondering how you think systems design could relate to you creating a system where this is not overwhelming. Have been slogging through with all of these projects in various levels of chaos and after this conversation I think I will simply identify another one while also meditating and contemplating on the idea of the myelin in the brain. That's a powerful visualization and see where that takes me and maybe review on that that one thing at the end of next week.

We discuss the emotion of shame and how MOC creation in Obsidian could help people do research more effectively and intimately. We discuss using system thinking to create a notemaking system that sparks your creativity rather than driving it into the muck.
