The Benefits of Having a Direct Claims Manager
We have about 10 advisors, about the same number of support staff. National Claims Manager takes a whole lot of work away from both the support team and the advisors in that space. So Paul at anyone's stage is dealing with between 90 and 100 claims. We're tracking to finish it about $26 million worth of claims out to clients this financial year. Each year, I think this financial year, we're aiming for 3 million in new business premium. And all our advisors can, you know, split their time between managing the renewal book with a very schmick process in the background,. which I'm sure Sean will talk about soon.
