"I love how Stitch, Leelo is able to see herself in a different way," she says. "He's never like predatory, which is like, wow, the bar is so low for men's behavior." The movie knows it's about Leelo and Nani but doesn't overdo it with its hetero love interest narrative as other Disney movies have done.
