I hear a lot of... So whenever I give lectures to younger people entering the job market, I often get this question, which is due to have hope. For me, the word hope has lost a bit of its meaning. Not because I don't believe in hope. That's not at all the case. But I believe best in hope when we can look at reality with equanimity. And that's where interesting things sort of connects back to the very beginning of this conversation where I was talking about my family history.
