The Trifective for a Start Up
For me, a teams. It's a growth, compensation and the team that you get to work with. The concept of psychological safety is such an important one because if you're constantly in fear, you're not going to perform. What better place to be on the growth path in learning than an education company that by default, actually helps people learn. We can't find a better environment to work in. And then there's a superolory concept called johari which defines that area that you don't know about yourself but are amazing at understanding.
