The Importance of Cultural Insight

The seventh point here is cultural insight. So dialogues do give that opportunity to get a little bit of a window into the culture. Oftentimes there are going to be in settings where you would encounter certain elements of these cultures. That could be like customs or etiquette or just everyday situations, you know, could be things in the country in China. This definitely gives that opportunity for some cross-cultural understanding.
