Finding the Right Team for a Soft Landing
i learned this when i stepped away from my last job. A lot of people are afraid to step away from a project because it's like we either stay and it succeeds, or we leave and it's a failure. In walking away, you can actually create an outcome better for everybody involved. I've spent a lot of time thinking about this, as you could see from his journal that was talked about before. But i think the people go to community because it's easy thing to put in there. That's really what makes me happiest and takes me out of myself.
